Mike Hudson joined StreamBank in November 2025 as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee. He brings more than 40 years of experience in financial services, with a career spanning senior roles in risk management, governance, and regulatory oversight.
For the past 15 years, Mike has served as a Chief Risk Officer, most recently at Cambridge & Counties Bank Ltd, where he was responsible for shaping and embedding the bank’s risk strategy and framework. His extensive background gives him a deep and practical understanding of credit, operational, and enterprise-wide risk.
Alongside his role at StreamBank, Mike also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Dudley Building Society.
